This was only used to just mess around, and I used it to chase away varments, kill others. We used the strongest one which is on the slingshot. There are 3 levels of slingshot pull available. There is probably at least 50 pieces of each size, and probably 75 of the 5/16" The light is a 300 lumen Cree light. The other bag has 5/16" that were used for target practice. The ones on the slingshot are 3/8" and 1/2" that I used to do damage on varments. As you can see I have many ball bearings. But you can purchase that just about anywhere.
